**Stockpile AI is currently in a "BETA" phase.** The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee 100% uptime or the permanent availability of any specific feature. Features may be added, modified, or removed without notice.
Recipe suggestions and photo generations are provided "as is". Stockpile AI is not responsible for culinary outcomes, nutritional inaccuracies, or any allergic reactions resulting from generated recipes. **Verify all ingredients and cooking temperatures before consumption.**
Estimated expiry dates provided by our AI are **approximations**. Users must use their own judgment and follow food safety guidelines. Stockpile AI is not liable for illness or financial loss resulting from the use of our estimation engine.
While we implement daily backups via Supabase, we are not liable for the loss of inventory data, custom recipes, or household history due to technical failure or service migration.
Users are strictly prohibited from attempting to reverse-engineer AI prompts, backend API logic, or mobile application code. Automated scraping is strictly forbidden.
Subscriptions are handled via Stripe. You may cancel at any time via the Customer Portal. No refunds are provided for partial months.
Users agree not to use the platform for any illegal activities or to attempt to breach the security of other households' data.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the **Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada** applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding related to your access to, or use of, the service shall be instituted in a provincial or federal court in Toronto, Ontario.
